poverty and wealth; theory and practical use
I am currently on an advisory committee at work. Sixteen people with plenty of diversity so we are told.
What I am noticing is that:
wealth and poverty don't speak the same language
men think in theories and when they implement theories that don't work they can't figure out why, unless they form a committee to study the problem, while women pinpoint the reasons they don't work and eliminate them.
I'm learining more and more at every meeting, and it has more to do with psychology than employee benefits.
