living with someone with PTSD

It's hard to expalin the strain or anxiety the rest of the family feel. It's like constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop. And the only person who can fix it isn't willing to get the help he needs to do so, so the rest of us learn to "adjust" and "cope" by going to therapy ourselves.
