corporations as citizens
If corporations are given the rights as people I want to see the Supreme Court, or any court for that matter, cross examine the "document" which is the corporation. I don't mean a human represenative of the corporate entity, because that is NOT the corporation. I want to see the stack of papers that comprise the corporation answer questions. I want to see it walk, and talk and eat and vote. Then and only then will I believe what that damn bumper sticker says "Corporations are people too."
