I am sick to death of the Tea Party and their hold on congress.
What does the Tea Party think it's doing shutting down the government? Are they anarchists?
Obviously they are. They only care about their own agenda, and the Republicans who support them only care about the money they will be getting from the Tea Party organization. It seems that Republicans in the House of Represenatives are only worried about their own rear ends.
Maybe we should give emotional IQ tests to those who attempt to run for congress? Or should that be empathy IQ tests? We have to do something to make them understand that the Tea Party does not speak for everyone. How?
How? By voting AGAINST any one and every THING the Tea Party supports.
Let's not let a bunch of fanatics destroy our country.

The real danger of the Tea Party is its ability to frighten both the conservative and progressive elites into embracing repressive measures to stop them. Once the Tea Party is gone, the police state tactics will remain and will be used on the next unpopular movement.
